sorry if this has been covered before, but...
my ebrake used to shake left and right about 6 inches. i finally took off my center console and saw that the screw onlding it down was missing(shown in the attached picture.

anyway my question is
can i take a screw from somewhere else in the car that will fit there? does that screw really need to be there?

I've got a plethora of screws that will fit there because I recently gutted my car. If you are in SoCal I'll just give you some.

I'm sure you can take a screw and fit it, but then you'll have another screw missing.

Go to the hardware store and find a match, so easy, so simple .. but some ppl get soo lazy.

Well, you've gone this long w/o it there, but I would secure it.
