relay problem?!! need help!!!

hey guys, i was just putting in the ml320 clear sidemarkers on one side of my '91 and it doens't turn on. so i checked the other side and the rear sidemarkers and they are all out except the driver's side rear. what do u think the problem is? relay? fuse? bulbs?

check in this order
fuse
bulb (hook up to a light you know works)
Relay (flasher module)
basically if your turn signals light up and work it is really unlikely it is your realy

which one is the fuse for the side markers? and i couldn't understand th e lastl line,

if my turn signals come on , then it's most likely NOT the relay?
