Very nice! Can you give us a list of what the motor has done to it, and what kind of suspension/diff/wheels/tires you are using to harness all that power?

Engine management?

LOL @ U. Eagle rods are fine , fuck ive even seen after market pistons wih stock rods over 500whp. there is another with 800whp with eagle rods on here.

Nice dyno results that looks great, nice results and you got a whole lot left as that turbo is good up to 40 psi so you are just tickeling it.

BTW is this Journal 6262 or ball bearing?

Nice numbers, but I hate seeing dynojet charts with the smoothing cranked up to 5. Impossible to see the actual power delivery of the motor.

Yep thats exactly what happened, maxed the injectors out at 29 psi, tried adding more fuel to the mao and upping the pressure but didn't do anything.

Ball Bearing 6262.

I'll stay here for a while, not sure if I want to do the ID-2000's as yet, 584 is alot for a street car, for now at least.

true 584whp is alot , its def a 135mph+ trap car, nice numbers. I'm pretty intrested because I just picked up a 1998 240sx Kouki S14 last week that i plan on doing forged internals and HP6262 KA-T. I need to finish my S13 first, but the problem with going KA-T is trouble picking ECU for it.

The tuner's mechanic (Brandon @ BatlGround) is building the same thing, he just sent it out to get the machining done ect.

I would do an AEM or Haltec.

man great numbers but it just isnt producing what i thot it would(not trying to bash or sound like a dick).i was going to order this turbo next week and im glad i saw this graph.the thing is we see most of our factuall evidence from the evo community and soforth but that is definately not a good comparison as our head desing is not even in the same realm of flow as say a 4g64mivec or any honda vtech setup.i think that head design is almost as important ifnot more important than displacement.if i were you i would probably put a stout 4.6 r&p on that puppy and see if that takes out some lazyness.very kickass power man enjoy it!!!

Yeah we really hadn't even pushed it when we realised the injectors were done, and the rear housing is the .63 T3, limits it a little but helps spool. Most car's with this turbo uses the standard .82 a/r.

Once I get some extra cash I may throw some bigger injectors and try it again.

That's verbatim what the tuner said, we had the fuel pressure etc, he said with bigger injectors we could have broken the 600hp mark.

Nice dyno. Can't wait to see what it really puts out once you have your fuel system sorted.
Definately need to step it up to atleAst 1600s for e85. I've seen 850whp on e85 with the 6765 so 650whp should be no issue once you have that sorted out.

hey man not many people are educated on these injectors yet...did you guys try upping base fuel pressure?its accurate up to 90 psi base fuel pressure in turn flowing at the rate of a 1900cc injector...there is no way these should have maxed out at that power level...

1000cc inj will get maxxed out on e85 due to the fact that 35-40% more fuel has to be ran in order to get the numbers he got.. if he were running race fuel he would have plenty left.. Depending on the flow rate of the injectors he has, he could up the fuel pressure and have more flow but you are still limited due to the fact of E85.. I speak from experience not guessing, i maxxed out my 1600cc @ 796whp and I am now in the process of installing some billet 235cc injectors that will flow enough to get me into the 900-1000hp mark.. Also due to his fuel system he cannot up the pressure so much..

Yes using the 1000cc injector (id-1000's) with a higher fuel pressure got us there but was limited on e85 due to the 30% plus increase in fuel needed, we could have swapped out for c16 or q16 but I was happy with the results and stopped there.

Next time maybe id-2000's.

What injectors are you using specifically ?
