ah, back shape is off. zeta 2 never came with sparkle either.

it appears to have a zeta 2 cover on a zeta 3 or vios 3 shell.
my guess is vios since the side bolsters and so high. zeta is a more shallow seat.

cover may be authentic but its hard to tell if the shell is with so many replicas these days.
