This is my problem:
When I start the car up at cold it revs to about 2-2.2K when I start to drive away it goes back down to 1.1K but it stays at 1-1.3K when im at a normal idle.

Also sometimes it does this:

I have to rev it to make sure it won't stall because when it stalls it doesn't start back up sometimes.

vacuum leak. what bov are you using? i had to swap my hks one to a greddy cause it was causing a leak. look around its not a big problem to solve
