EJ8 - your being hypocritical. caveat emptor. let the buyer beware. the OP is right. from what ive gathered. he sold you a trans. not a trans with a shifter. unless he disclosed that it came with a shifter, you are completely wrong.

maybe you should refrain from buying used parts from the internetss....

I was promised a shifter. He's full of shit, and a blatant liar.

OP, why don't you prove to everyone that you're not a liar, you say you sent a shifter 3 times, post a single tracking number, post anything that even indicates you sent ANYTHING.
