Questions for suspention people... Best Race/Drift Springs?

I need info on the BEST spring for me... I want the BEST spring for Road racing and Drifting. I don't care if it’s a comfy ride... I here stiffer is better for drifting... But I don’t know about road course? Same?

1st you must know I have 18x8.5's 32 offset on the front and 18x10's 40 offset on the back... End up near flush...

With these sizes means no coilovers yet...

So normal springs...

The Tein S.Tech were looking good... But after a look up at the Tein site... Zilvia has bad info on this spring for my car... S14 sprigs from their site are.

NISSAN 240SX
S14 95-98 STECH SKP06-AUB00
Front rate 3.8/212lb Rear rate 3.5/196lb
Front drop -1.3 Rear drop -0.9

Not quite as cool as the Zilvia one.

Tein S.Tech
Front = 4.8 kg/mm | 269 lb/in
Rear = 4.4 kg/mm | 246 lb/in

Ohh and I looked for a place to buy the Heavyest load spring... I cant find one that sells it... So if you got links to the best one.. Send it my way.

TRUST Sport Springs
Front = 2.6 kg/mm | 146 lb/in | -25mm
Rear = 2.6 kg/mm | 146 lb/in | -25mm

HKS Super Sports
Front = 4.14 kg/mm | 232 lb/in
Rear = 3.46 kg/mm | 194 lb/in

I just got on the tanabe sustec 2 inch drop on my car and it outperforms the eibach sportlines i had before. It corners flat now and far more less body roll even on stock shocks. I highly recommend you get this spring you wont be disappointed.

RSR race springs. 5kg front, 4.5 rear...

www.turboimport.com has them on sale right now.

You'll be looking for some nice dampers to run springs that hard though. I'm going to get Koni adjustables for mine...

Btw, the spring rate info in zilvia's faq doesn't say which s-tech spring that is for. If I'm not mistaken, there are a few different s-techs with harder and softer rates. They sell the soft ones in the US. Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

About the full coilover system...

As far as I have heard... I think my wheels are a bit to wide and would rub on a coilover system... I have 235's front and 265's rear...

I do have plans in the futur to get wide fenders all the way around... And eather Space my wheels or get new ones.

But I'm not going to do any bodie mods untill I have all the bodie mods ready to install... (I hate bodiework) I only want to do it once...

Anyways springs are cheep... I'm paying for school with cash right now so I'm a little low on fun $$
