Power locks unlocks but does not lock
A police officer went through my car a couple months back and started pulling at things in my car to try to find anything I shouldn't be having in my car. In the process, he did something that disabled me from locking my door with the power locks or with my alarm. It doesn't work on both side and I have to do lock my doors manually. I'm pretty used to locking my doors manually, but it would be nice if those power locks worked. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong and what I can check?

Where was he pulling at things? Under the dash? He may have pulled on the alarm brain and disconnected something in the process, what year is your car? Aftermarket alarm? What brand alarm? Start checking your fuses, do both doors lock at the same time or do you have to lock each door manually?

I believe he did. My friend was my driving my car when pulled him over. He told that he was pulling on everything. My car is a 1995 240sx with a Viper 5701. Both doors will unlock at the same time, but I have to manually lock my doors one by one.
