Im guessing you've never had or worked on a 6.0l? Besides the egr issues that he has clearly already fixed theres a multitude of other problem with the 6.0. Such as injectors, injector drive modules that have to be programmed at ford, head gaskets, power steering pumps, variable geometry turbo which is complete and udder shit. Honestly when the 6.0 came out ford told everyone it was the wave of the future, then a couple of years down the line told everyone it was pretty much a hold over motor till they perfected there 6.4 and have now moved on to the 6.7. Not trying to bum your thread but...

I've had a 6.0 and id buy another one. Not sure about your 6.4 comment but whatever. I take it you've had a 6.0?..ill agree the egr system was a fail by ford. The injectors in the newer 6.0s weren't so great. I had a decently modded 6.0. I own a 12v cummins which is a great motor wrapped around a piece of shit truck with a bigger piece of shit trans mounted to it..not to get totally off topic but I find it funny when people bash on the 6.0s. When they don't really have much knowledge to follow. I had a stock trans stock turbo and stock injector 6.0 run a 12.3 @108 and backed it with another 12.3 pass and drove home from maryland..

yes i know the 6.0 is not the best motor the turbo has been torn down and the vgt cleaned so no spooling problems the injectors run perfectly fine the ficm has already been replaced read the thread the oil pumps are fine and were inspected when i put the whole top end back together intkae manifold gaskets have been replaced oil stand tube has been replaced the big ass fan shroud has been removed so you can work on it my truck runs fine dont try and say i havent worked on a 6.0 man and stop shitting on my thread i already know any problem your going to try and throw at me thanks though

Nope never owned one just have to work on them. Someone buy this and make it bullet proof. Would be a sweet toy hauler. Didnt mean for this nonsense to take over your thread.
