Quick story is one day I went to close my door and it wouldn't lock.I started messing with the lock on the door panel and got my door to lock but now I can't open it from the inside or outside. My outside door handle feels loose and I can't taoke my door panel off.

S13? S14?

If it's an S14, door lock actuator. Happened to me once. You'll have to remove the driver's side seat (from the passenger side of course) and pry off the door panel.

See if you can pick up a slim jim:

If you manage to pry the door panel off, you don't really need the slim jim. You'll need to mess with the little metal rods that control the lock and door latch.

Took me a while to get the door open, but once I did, realigned the door at the hinges and never had a problem since.

Yeah its an s14,well since I have tomorrow off I got something to do.thanks alot for the help.I have a feeling ill have to pry the door panel off

damn i guess ur gonna fuck up the panel i rather go to a locksmith to jimmy it open or call triple aaa in my case

Iv had a lock smith look at my door and he had no luck

ask triple a to slim jim it. or the local car thief. but yeah, slim jim is probably the best and easiest way. once its opened, tape the door lock latch so you don`t accidentally close the door before the problem is fixed.

I got the door panel off and messing with the rods isn't working >_<…imhaha gonna keep trying. Oh and o have been Ricky bobbying so far lol
