Clutch not fully engaging

So I bought new clutch, cm, and slave for my ka de And my problem is when I put everything back together the car wouldn't engage. It's as if it's stuck in nuetral but it rolls. Just not grabbing the gear all the way the car also doesn't turn off in gear when I let off the pedal. I was thinking maybe the throw out bearing isn't returning all the way? Or maybe my slave is bad? But I'm not too sure. Kinda new to 240s so all and any help will be cool.

Make sure the shift fork has its full range of motion.

You probably just need to adjust the pedal. It took me a while to get my pedal right after my last clutch job.

Yea been trying the adjustment on my pedal but it will either grab at the top but not fully engaged. Or nothing happens at all if I adjust it lower? Idk if that makes sense? But it does look like the fork doesn't go back enough. Slave looks like it still has a little to return completely but it pushes the fork enough to disengage

How's your flywheel? I had the same problem with my s13 and when I took everything apart and had the flywheel resurfaced, it solved the problem.

Is the clutch torqed in properly? its possible that the clutch a pressure plate wasnt tightened down properly. Also make sure the hydrolic are working. Have a friend pump the clutch while your under the car watching the slave push the fork back and forth. If it is working, its most likely your clutch and pressure plate arent grabbing

possibly this and my friend has run into the throwout bearing clip to popping off sometimes so the bearing just kinda slides around. i'd double check and make sure everything was installed correctly.
