DROOL. shipped from where? Comes with TB? Is it an S13 TB with TPS?

Any dyno results? Every post I have heard about this manifold were resoundingly positive but rarely specific about gains over other comparable manifolds, and none speak to whether the manifold is mostly for top end like the Greddy or maybe is in the middle between the Greddy and stock.
