rusty frame rail hole help!

so my s14 has a rust hole on the frame rail on my drivers seat. i unbolted my seat to do some cleaning on my carpet and man, that hole was held on by a little metal thats hanging off the hole in my frame rail, i unbolted all my seat and all the bolts and threading were torn down like hell!the hole is about a square foot. im most likely going to take it to a body shop to get it all welded and stuff professionally just because i dont have a welder and i cant fab stuff up.

any suggestions on what body shop to go to?

You should probably post this up in the regional section that corresponds to Dallas.
