are the front brakes 30mm or 26mm? what condition are they (recently rebuilt, sitting for long time, rust, paint) 5 lug rotors?

30mm, 5lug, i'll double check today and take a better pic.

not recently rebuilt, they've been sitting in storage, no rust, no paint, calipers are scraped.

they were on racecar. rotors like new, brake pads plenty of life.

Horn button was sold, here are a couple pics of the wheel. wheel does not come with quick release or hub, already got rid of those. but i do have a different quick release and hub in a box somewhere that i can throw in
