this really ticks me off - new yorks front license plate law. i had to put holes in my bumper to mount my license plate. i want to mount it dead center but then it will block my intercooler... ive been searching and dont really see what im looking for. i dont want a motorized mount, i want a spring loaded one that moves back like the japanese taka-kaira mount, but i cant find one...

heres the taka-kaira one

it flips backwards at about 50 mph and comes back down as you slow down.
