greddy ti-c mounting problems

i just got a new ti-c exhaust, and notice that the that one of the flanges sits real close to the axle flange. didn't think it was going to hit but it does. anyone have any solutions?

well i'm running a megan flex type downpipe, so i figure that would be a problem but i'll check that out along with the tabs
