I had them back when I had no money and needed my car low. Honestly for the money they are great, they won't get you super slammed but low enough to get the job done.
This is how my coupe sat with those coils maxxed out.

I recommend these as TEMPORARY USE ONLY. Once I had enough to buy PBM coil overs I sold these for $300 on craiglist.

I went with a set of dropzones there pretty decent for the money.... a lil to soft from what I'm
use to as far as spring rate and its adjustable too. Come with a lifetime warranty too....they'll
for now. Looking into a set of Teins or HKS if I could sell my is300 lol.

Good coils for the price. I had the non-dampening ones. Stiff as balls for a DD, but super awesome for a low budget drift car & Dd'er!. I'd go for the adjustable ones, they are a tad more $$ but worth it for DD'ing.

They are shite, like every 400$ coilover. Fit them if you dont value your car. They are ok for a show car, or for a rolling shell. Dont expect these to make your car handle better. Go lower, sure. Go better, nope.

That, and PoorMans180SX is right.
