taking off turbo

i'm new to SRs, but my turbo seals need to be replaced. i'm pretty sure i can handle taking out the turbo, but any pointers are welcome. thanks

is the motor in the car? if so, have fun. take out the manifold and turbo as a single piece, then disassemble. you'll have to get the mani loose, and then undo the turbo's oil and water lines. it's actually fairly clear, just take everything apart and put it back together. it takes forever.

how can you get the water line off of the back of the manifold? i cant get to it the right way.

i cant see where it connects bhind the motor (against firewall)

any suggestions are welcome!

loosen the manifold first and let it flop back...that will give you some more room to get to the bolt. Also, make sure you don't mix up those bolts...one is for oil, the other is for water.

hell yeah. got that shit finally! cant wait to put it on. dont know how i'm going to torque down those bolts heh...
