Join Date: Aug 2001 Location: MIA Age: 38 Posts: 1,046 Trader Rating: (0) Feedback Score: 0 reviews	ok my friend got red neon lights for the underside of his eclipse and he thinks theyre illegal (he thought about this after he bought em no refund).  i wanted to know if theyre illegal just cause all neon lights are illegal or if its cause theyre red or if they arent illegal at all
