IF i was to pick this up for my 95' SE 5spd. What else would I need? Just the output flanges? Or anything else? Thanks.

yeah, you'll need vlsd output shafts that shipping cost is insane though, do a search on ebay for "240SX LSD" I saw several vlsds on there the other day that came with output shafts

alright, well shipping is high since it's located in Tokyo... at least that's what i figured. And will a s13 VLSD drop into my s14 R200 casing i have now?
