Empty...nobody in their right mind would sell a pod with boost, OP, and a wideband for $20.

Oh we'll it doesn't look like wideband and I just paid 40 for the same gauge pod filed with the same gauges pictured so people do sell them cheap.

Nope, just the ecu. Gotta bring it to someone that can load maps to the chip. Even tunerpro can load maps to the chip, and its free.
