s13 blacktop spuddering under boost

Ok so a little background, I just purchased this 89 coupe with a blacktop. It was involved in a front end accident but the car is still drivable. I got a aem uego and noticed its running real lean so my next step was to check fuel pressure. Im getting 32lbs with vacuum hooked up. (stock sohc pump) and 34lbs when I pinch the return line. bad fuel pump right? Whats the stock fp on a bone stock blacktop? Thanx in advance.
