How much would you pay for this Vert?

I have the opportunity to pick up the 91 Vert in the photo attached. I was wondering what is a reasonable price to pay for it. The car looks relatively clean with 99K miles. Any realistic input will be appreciated. Thanks.

the 240 convertibles, believe it or not are considered rare, and prices are pretty high. I'd say around 4-5K.

The guy is asking $3.5

I know that verts are heavier and arent as stiff, body wise, as compared to the hatch or coupe, but I want to build something different. Although this is pre-mature, if I do pick up this car, I will most likely get a S13 front end, chassis stiffening items, and a SR/5-speed swap sometime in the future. What do you think?

How much would I pay? Nothing!

Here are my reasons:

1. I hate 240 verts.
2. I am broke.

I don't really like the convertables, I think they look cool with the top down but pretty hideous with the top up. Silvia faces are sexy on them though in my opinion. Also that pic of the S15 Face on a convertable was kind of interesting.

Yeah, most convertibles here go around 4k or so. They're about the same price as a 95-96 s14. I say get it! 3.5k isnt to bad. Different is good. Make sure its in great shape though and that it has pretty low mileage.
