s14 strange noise ? help!!

right when i rev the car between 2k-3k theirs a rattle, sounds like type of noise u would hear if u were to put a nut on an drill bit and spin the drill, like a loose washer on something spinning, sorry not the best at describing this.

when standing in front of engine noise is coming from left hand side of engine (intake manifold side)

Only hear it between 2-3k nothing above or below. Car runs 100%.

Its not coming from front of engine so I doubt vvt, sounds perfect when on idle and rev-ing above 3k.

Ive tried tightening every nut possible on that side, any help or suggestions much appreciated.

Video: Sr20det rattle - YouTube

clutch in or out driving or parked noise is their
Just put in a brand new ACT clutch and flywheel in. After the rattle came into it.
done a full oil change nothing in the oil

car was driven a good bit since noise came into it and drifted, so if was big end wouldnt it of blown by now, i think. could be wrong, as i said no noise cruising along or driving hard just when u sit the revs around the 2-3k mark
sound is very much so top left ( behind intake manifold) when under the car its not as loud as on top,

Thanks
