Can I use Recaro speed with bride rails? I'm a complete seat noob. 6' 2", 150 lbs, and have come down to deciding between Recaro Speed and Bride Brix. I like how the recaros are cheaper, but might spend the extra to get the 'best'. I can't have any added height though, and I heard about problems with the recaro's. Can anyone help? I pretty much know that brix are god or whatever, I'm just wondering how well the Recaros work.

Im pretty sure they are the same...but not sure.....if youve got a S13 be prepared to drill some holes...........stupid hump in the floor...

yes Brix are very nice they are comfortable for evey kind of driving IMO...Recaro im sure is just as good....they just arent the "cool" thing right now....you can get a used brix for like $400....but go with recaro. it'll be easier

I will be buying new seats. And it's an S14.

RECAROS will not work with BRIDE rails...
plain and simple....
the Recaro base is 30mm wider, or was it the other way around...
anyways, i looked into this when i got my RECARO's....

your best bet is, the shitty WEDGE bracket, or a Japanese Recaro bracket, or a custom fabricated bracket...
