Best headgasket for a KA24E?

running high compression, need the best gasket i can get, any recommendations or reviews? single cam KA

I cant find any copper or all metal gaskets so im not sure what to do

I *believe* don't quote me on it, but a twin cam one can be used if you cut off the front timing part. Use the high performance felpro

I used a Felpro on the last KA-T build it was a DOHC but it worked fine.

thanks, im looking into using a twin cam block, why not use a twin cam copper one?

OEM is always best.

But if your looking for aftermarket, Cos-worth has a Ka HG.

well im looking for whatever will hold up to 190psi compression, 9.5:1 and 7200rpm all day

Best bet is said a de hg with timing cut off then high temp seal the front cover. That's what they all use for ka24e-t at 15lbs of boost

Everyone I know uses cometics and that's what I plan on using. I'll be running 20lbs of boost.

You can use KA24DE Metal HG and ARP Headstuds on the KA24E. I'm actually doing the same for KA24ET build soon. GL!
