What else did you remove when you removed the egr valve? Did you remove the bpt valve and the exhaust tube?

I found this link, maybe it will help you.

basically, there is no more emissions equipment to speak of. carbon canister is gone and egr is gone and i'm just left with a nest of vac lines. :\ considering putting the egr back in if it'll make my car run better

I am having the same problem also. Do not know how to hook up the vacuum lines after an egr delete. I can find stuff on the s13 but not anything on the s14. let me know if you have figured it out yet. a picture would be great.

Try plugging the end of the vacuum line that goes to the egr or charcoal canister, or whichever line, with a screw.

Ka's have a ton of vaccum lines and are all for emissions only, bpt, asv, charcoal canister, egr, ect. There is metal vacuum distribution lines bolted to lower intake, remove lower intake and plug all vaccum sources, only need one which goes to fuel pressure regulator and thats tapped to side of intake.
