Will R33 rims clear my megan coils???

I just picked up a set of r33 rims and want to get them on my s14 with Megan racing coils. Wheel specs are 17x9 +30 all around. I’m worried about clearing the coils up front though. Does anyone know if they will fit without rubbing the struts? If not what size spacer is everyone running with their r33 wheels?

I tried a test fit, but I have one stock coil up front because I blew one out and I am waiting to get a replacement so I couldn’t test both sides =/. So anyways when test fitted it was extremely close to the Megan coil and I didn’t hear any scraping but I also only drove it str8 forward then reversed it right back into its parking spot. So idk if on a sharp turn it’s going to scrape, or if when I hit a bump it will scrape. I’ve been super busy lately and have not had time to really test it. If you guys could help me out and let me know I would really appreciate it.

depend on the tire size
you will need ~10mm to clear
but ~15-20mm to for a cleaner fit - ie not sunk

make sure you have longer studs or bolt on spacers and that they're hubcentric

Loosen the knuckles and pull it away from the strut, then tighten the bolts down. Fit the wheels and see if you still need spacers. Might be able to get away with the rim sit between spring coils. Once in a while the spring will spin and you'll hear the rim grind the spring. You'd have to lift the wheel off and spin the spring again.
