Wiring help

I need some help guys and girls. As i have been going through my car I have found all kinds of crazy wiring that I am trying to clean up. I took the the plastics off of the steering column and the horn/cruise connectors were cut and spliced into im guessing because of the aftermarket steering wheel. When I would try to use the cruise, the horn would honk and the horn is this shitty little button on the side of the column that i can barely reach when i need it. I am looking to get pictures of the cruise and horn wiring so that I can fix them and wire them back to how they were in stock form. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like wires spliced where they are not supposed to be... Find an FSM and go on from there. There is no real help here to spoon feed you. Study the diagram.
