i got the link to them from off this board.........wow.  Has anyone done business with them?  How are they?  Do they have quality products?  PLEASE post if you've had experience with them or know someone who has.  

for the stage 1, it would cost another grand or so for someone to install it or if you knew someone who was pretty good with cars (20 yr. master mechanic) could you make it a project?

Turbo installs are not that hard. I have installed a few in my time and I am installing my own turbo ka setup. Find a friend that has some experience with turbos and cars in general. You sould be able to get the job done over a weekend.
