s13 power windows wont go up please help

(READ IT ALL FIRST) turned my car on 2 days ago and noticed one of my fog lights was off (Silvia lights) and i checked the fuse and was blown replaced it and it blows as soon as i put it in or as soon as i reconnect the power terminal then i got in the car and i noticed my windows wouldn't go up anymore i checked all fuses and the amp for the windows behind driver side door panel and their all fine my guess is i have a short somewhere in my wiring that's causing both problems or at least my window problem my question is does anyone have or know where i can find a wire diagram showing where all the power window wires go to so i can check them out (and do s13's have relays/fuses just for the windows)

Might be the little black box that's behind the door panel but I switched mine out and the windows rolled up

thing is this morning i noticed my auto seatbelts dont work either i use a harness so i dont use them but now iam almost certain something shorted out i just need a wire diagram that might help i looked around with no luck and @cease_super_hicas like i said i checked the amp behind the panel and its good thanks for the input though
