Newb question. Electical problem.

Alright my s13 dohc auto will not start im trying to trace things down but sadly im having to test everything by myself. but anyway on the fsm it says white/ b/w and on e 12 it says b/w and b/y and im not sure exactly yes i know it means black and white and black and yellow but on the starter relay im confused on if it has the right wires going to it. here are the images. also im wanting to make sure this is the right wire going to the starter 12v signal wire/
