Built Thread: 4G63 power S13

Ok, so i never got around to doing a build thread for my new setup in my car so i figured i would try this. A built thread. So here we go.

dyno run evo powered s13 - YouTube

I know it smoked after the pull. We looked into it and think wwe have the problem worked out. We will be dynoing the car again this coming week and we should have some final HP number soon. As of right now the car made 390hp and 330ish tq with minimal ignition timing and massive boost creep. We are running E85 for fuel and will be maxing out boost at 35psi. We are hoping to make Mid 500's.

Ok so here is the info

S13
4G63 EVO 9 motor
Strocked to 2.2
Egale Crank
Egale Rods
CP Pistons
ACL Race Bearings
ARP rod and main bolts
Stock Head
O-ringed block
Tomie Cams
Tomie cam gear
Modified Magnus Intake manifold (Modified by Bardabe Preformance)
Ebay turbo manifold for an Eclipse (Modified by Bardabe Preformance)
Pressison 57-57 turbo
Synapse Wastegate
Custom Down pipe (Bardabe Preformance)
2200cc injectors

And much more to list. Ill post more as i think of it or as questions get asked. That being said, feel free to ask any questions. Ill be more than happy to answer them. Also here is a link to our face book for more up to date info as we start running the car this season in top drift battle and as many other places and events as we can.

Build might need to be moved to the appropriate area but this is rad. I thought that only the older Evo motors could be used in a FR configuration because of the crank or something. I had looked into it a while back.

Could you shed some more light on what was involved in swapping the motor to your car?

Why not just put sr with same work done to it in, in half the time? To be different?

Because parts for 4G's are plentiful and cheap, and they don't throw rockers.

Congrats on this man, get a mod to move it to the build section. You have done what I didn't have the budget to finish. You should do a compound setup.
