I recently swapped my sr20 blacktop out of my 94 Silvia, into my s15 na chassis. I had wiring specialties redo the harness. I dropped harness In and the car won't start. It will crank but there is no fuel or spark. The two blue relays dont click when I turn the key on. So I removed the covers off the two blue relays to expose there insides. When I turn the key on, and then push the relay on my self. It will click, fuel pump will work for 3sec then relay will click off. I looked all over and only info I can find is the NATS problem but both cars are from Japan and I heard only euro and Australia have that issue. I'm really stumped on this, any help will be great.
