Oil change

So I'm doing my first oil change
And I've been researching this for a while now
But my question is since I have a rebuilt engine with 50,000miles on it
Can I use mobile 1 full synthetic even if the chassis miles is 200,000+ or should I use castrol high mileage

Why the Hell would it matter how many miles the chassis has? The motor oil doesn't lube the chassis it lubes the motor and motor only. What a freaking stupid question...

You can use whatever your favorite oil is. It doesnt really matter. The motor is pass the break in stage so synthetic would be fine.

I meant since my engine was rebuilt the original miles it had on the engine was 200,000miles before it was rebuilt. So since its rebuilt I didn't know if that would mean if I should use high mileage oil

It really doesn't matter. All oils are interchangeable in most engines. High mileage oil has additives to keep the pH where it needs to be longer. While most synthetics are just more stable and uniform. A good synthetic would be preferable to high mileage anyways because most high mileages are synthetic blends.

It really is whatever you'd like it go be. I like to pretend I'm green to I use GOIL, but it makes little difference to your engine.

Rebuilt engine = a new engine. It's no longer a high mileage engine. Use whatever the heck you want.

Lol I'm getting bitter in my old age.
There have been some seriously fucking retarded threads the past few days. This one seems pretty take by comparison.
