Angry Do Not Buy From Visionautodynamics.com!!

I recently purchased a front bumper from visionautodynamics.com. The site claims 3-5 days shipping. After 2 weeks of trying to contact them to find out where my kit was, they call my house and say they have to order it from Japan and it will be 4 more weeks! It would have been fine if they called me a day or two after I ordered it, but not 2 weeks. Today, I found out that my bank accout has been overdrawn. They charged it to my card twice!! I call them back and basically all they can say is tough, so I'm stuck with a $60 fee. Meanwhile, my car sits parked in the driveway with no front bumper due to a fender bender (someone hit my parked car). My life sux!! But maybe this will serve as a warning to you all.

Did you tell you bank about them over charging you?

Seriously....you should do that....you will get your money back. Because if you don't know....what they have done is illegal....I believe its called making an unauthorized transaction or something like that.

It's good that you got your money back.....but you should have bitched about paying the $60 fee.

Anyways...did you look at the Terms of Conditions or "the fine print" before ordering this bumper? Most of the time when they say "ship in 3-5 days" they really mean "ship in 3-5 days once we physically have it with us".

thats the standard common sense regarding shti like this...

maybe you should have called or emailed them if it was in stock before you ordered over a website

i'm not really pissed about them having to order it, but they could have let me know they had to order it before 2 weeks went by. i'm just pissed about the customer service in general. these guys were assholes! And i bitched about the fee and the bank cut it in half. better than nothing i guess

That makes me think whether or not I should get parts from companies like that, since some(like yours)do bad jobs, and have bad customer service. Maybe I will just stick to stock instead.

YET ANOTHER DELAY!!! My bumper was supposed to be here yesterday, but it "accidentally" got shipped to Ohio. I'm beginning to think these people hate tennesseans or something.

1) As a business owner myself, I think its absolutely wrong that YOU incur the 60 dollar fee for an over-draw which is THEIR fault. They caused the overdraft, they should pay it. OR, have them write in company letterhead and its their mistake and your bank should be able to possibly reverse the fees. BUT, for them to refuse to compensate you is absurd

2) You have every right to be an angry tyrant. From what it sounds like, you're getting shafted by this company. Sending the wrong parts then accidental shipping mistakes? This sounds way to unorganized and unreliable. If you paid with credit card cancel and move on.

I finally got the bumper yesterday. It has two cracks in it, but I'm not sending it back and waiting another month or two. They're fairly small and I'm sure they are repairable. I'm just ready to have my car back!!!!!

Wow, that sounds like it was quite an ordeal, I am sorry you had a bad experience. At least you got the bumper, not perfect but you got it. Good luck mounting it etc. Can't wait to see some pics.

mmrusa.com sucks too, i ordered rotors form them that were discontinued, and after 2 weeks i called them, they said they couldnt get them any more, and i said cancel the order, they said ok, 3 weeks later i couldnt figure out why i didint get the money back, well i called them and they dont give refunds, only in sotre credit, no i m pissed cause they dont sell alot of 240 stuff, and have high prices on alot of shit. i said well why was it on your site if u dont have it? they just said its in the terms and conditions, no refund. whcih sucks, cause now i have $300+ credit that i cant use. and had to buy the rotors some where else. so it was like a 600 dollar set. but i have to call them to see if they can get soem better tires
