5x114.3 wheels fits 5x100?

I've heard that 5x114.3 (ex: S14 SE wheels) will fit 5x100, but 5x100 won't fit 5x114.3. Does this make sense?

i see what you're asking, but think about it for a sec. 114.3mm > 100mm

So you're saying that hubs with bolt pattern 5x100 won't fit fit my Se wheels? Please elaborate, thanks

They will not fit correctly. The holes on the rim might be bored out larger than the diameter of the hub bolts, hence it appears to fit, but they do not.
