Since Achilles 2233 tires are pretty new model, i can't find much reviews on them.
Does anyone have reviews on these tires?
can these tires be flipped from side to side?
I would love to see 225/35/19 achilles 2233 on 9.5" rims

as far as the tires themselves, why not buy a set and try them out?

Did you even look them up? Did you even see the thread pattern? What makes you think you can flip them when they're asymmetrical thread pattern?

Personally, if you can find ATR Sports still, get those. Decent grippy tires, symmetrical thread pattern and cheap.
