s14 Car is running like crap can't figure out why!!!

Ok so my 95 s14 has been running like complete dog shit for the past month, thought it was the stock fuel pump so I replaced it with a walbro 255 and an after market fuel pressure regulator. But that did not solve the problem, when I'm cruising the car wants to buck and cut in and out like I'm loosing fuel but on a full tank???? Really!!! I replaced the fuel filter I'm the being of December. This morning I changed the distributor cap and rotor and it's still acting up. It also kills at red light randomly!

Ok this is what you need to do. Turn the car on and have it running. Then remove the spark plug wires. One at a time. Start with 1 then 2 etc. if u notice the motor starts jerking more. Put the wire back in. Go to the next one then next one. Until you don't see a change in the motor. If this works. This will show you witch fuel injector is failing on you. Kade injectors suck and fail often. Dont drive your car like that you'll blow motor.

sorry for the late response. iv checked everything, i also noticed my knock sensor was unpluged but is still running like crap. i ran the ecu codes and came back with
12-mass airflow sensor circuit
34-knock sensor
35-egr temp sensor
41- air intake temp sensor
82-crank shaft position sensor

i just clean the MAF and car still runs kinda like crap. it idles fine and still drives good but every now then (daily) it bucks and loses power.
as to everyone else who responded, plugs are brand new and gaped to .40, i dont have any vacuum leaks cus i can still get down on the throttle. i heard that the "coolant temp sensor" might cause the car to run crazy while cruising

address these issues first. Try a different maf. Get another knock sensor and install it. If its the original sensor theres a good chance its no good. Egr temp sensor is on the intake manifold between runner number 2 and 3. Air intake temp sensor is on the airbox. Crankshaft position sensor is at the back of the motor at the top where the tranny meets the block. Is the wiring harness all in tact? Thats a lot of codes for the ecu to be throwing, seems like its been neglected severely or you have wiring issues.

Just had the same issues same codes on mine. It was bad maf plug. One of the wires was dead no continuity. Car still ran like shit after i fixed it, cleared the codes and bam runs like a champ and no codes. I had a bad knock sensor too, if it has any cracks or rust replace it and move on to the next issue - your maf guarantee it. As a test rev the car at idle if it loops - revs up and down while you hold the throttle in one place then its your maf. And dont be a fucking leech, report back when you fix it or if you dont lol.
