Anyone else seen these before? Any idea if they really work ?

yeah they work but what do you think you need them for?

they are called bolt on spacers

used for large width spacers (10mm+) and also can be used to change the bolt pattern (like from 5x114.3 to 5x100 or 4x114.3 to 5x114.3)

I have something similar with my Volk wheels. The 240sx are 4x114.3 bolt
pattern but the rims are 4x100. My spacer/adapter lets me mount those
wheels. See my site to see picstures.

Oh, I don't need one or plan on buying one just curious if anyone knew what they were about. I've never seen nor heard about them. I was just curious. Thanks anyway.
