god this thread has the worst spelling i've ever seen.
I'm going to suggest forgetting about Tein HR and try the Flex. I have them on my s14 and they are way sick.

For auction is an awesome set of Tein HR coilovers, yes HR. The HR coilover was only sold in Japan, and I had them imported recently for my 240sx.
Retail on these are $1498!!!

These are for all 4 coilovers, and all 4 pillowball upper mounts. The fronts have fully adjustable camber plates that work great.

Spring Rates are 8 kg/mm front and 6 kg/mm rear. This is awesome for drifting, but can still be driven on the street fine.

PROBLEM! The front left started making some noise over bumps, I took it off and found it was not working, and needs to be revalved. Revalving costs $75 per strut from Tein, and only this one needs it. However, I was driving it that way for a few weeks and only noticed the slight noise over big bumps it made, handling was still amazing.

Not sure on the mileage, but they look nice still (no leaks!). They are adjustable for height, but not dampening. Shipping will be ACTUAL charges paid by buyer. Thanks!

after reading that, i'd say they are comparable to HE's as far as stiffness, but lack of damping adjustability loses my interest. rear pillowballs arent high on my want list either.

the HR is just like the HA except it doesnt have the 16-way adjustability. So HA > HR

HA retails for $1150 for our cars

I got HR, yah its 6/5 i believe.. I jus got em cuz I could afford em at the time (used). Otherwise, I woulda waited a lil longer and bought new ones (probably HE).

One thing nice about the HR is they came with pillow ball upper mounts and camber plates, something flex and HA(?) didnt come with.

Yeah I dunno where you guys are getting your info. HR is basicly cheap coilovers. Its been arround for ever in Japan, its like a HA without adjustment.

You see them on clips sometimes. Tein didnt bring them over here because there's no reason to. The BASIC's are more or less the same thing.
