Need Brake help ASAP!

So I just installed my new hawk brake pads, and brembo blank rotors. I bled the system, looks good. One small problem. The passenger rear tire does not spin. Its like the parking brake is always on. With the Ebrake off, i can spin the drivers side rear effortlessly, while the passanger side is practically frozen. it takes A LOT of effort to move it. WIth the wheel off, I can spin the rotor pretty easy, but when I torque the wheel down, it wont spin. what in gods sweet name is hampering me from enjoying my new brakes???

its obviously the ebrake. You need to check to see if the ebrake line is tight or loose. If it is tight then figure out why it is.

is it nessessary to bleed the brake lines? the reason i ask is that on the box that the brembos come in it says you dont need to. im about to do this same job on sunday. thanks for doing it first

This happened to me in the front once. I bought the rotors off some guy on Ebay so the cocksmacker failed to mention that they were abs rotors. They are a tiny bit bigger so when i torqued the wheel down it would sieze on the caliper. obviously not the same problem but thought i'd share anyways. UNLESSSSS they sent you one rotor in the wrong size.??

Ok update. I figured it out.

And no, it wasnt my Ebrake.

After taking apart the caliper 4 times, it still did the same thing. I got really pist off, and starting thinking. "what if its something with the caliper being stuck"

So, I steped on the brake pedal about 100 times rapid fire, got out of my car, and turned the wheel effortlessly. Why that fixed it, I dont know. Anyhow I broke the pads in as recommend by HAWK, and wow. What a great upgrade over stock warped rotors.

did you make sure to push the rear pistons back into the caliper by twisting them?
