How does is have Cali plates if the titles not from Cali ? Looks shady

im sorry for the confusion. long story short, i bought the car here in cali, registered in MN in hopes of bringing it back there, things changed and thus it has a MN plate on it now. the CA plates are off now.

how many miles on the title and does the roof work ?

MN title do not require odometer readings for this type of vehicle. The odometer reads 169xxx. the roof is not electrical and it works just fine.

Has a rebuild motor and s14 seats se model with power locks.
Driverside window switch is reverse.
No crack on dashboard
