ok guys, so i spent a few hours trying to install a used AFC neo on my s14 last night, to no avail. Basically, the IG power the schematic tells me to wire too is a constant connection, so the AFC does not turn off. I tried a different IG power and it worked great! so i plugged the AFC back in and the car was just bogging out and the garage smelled of gas!
So my question is, is the SAFC supposed to stay on? or what? For those wondering, i followed the pinout N4-A. I looked up the ECU pinout and it was indeed an IG power source.
so, anyone had any similar problems? basically, how the heck do you wire this thing properly? I don't think i am retarded, seeing as it's only 5 wires, but why on earth is it not turning off?
