Does your stock rubber intake tube have a spring in it? If not it can collapse under boost.

take your spark plug gap down to .028 and check your coil packs as well

what fuel pump are you running?

Has it always been like this? But I would definitely get a walbro in that tank. They're inexpensive.

Sounds like not enough spark is coming through, I had that happening to my SR and it was loose ground cable, check your power cables and change ur plugs hopefully that will take care of it, oh and check if any of the intercooler pipes came off that could be it too

If it accelerates if you gently give throttle, but not when you hit it hard, it usually is a weak fuel pump. If it does it all the time, usually a boost leak. And if it does not go above 2500 rpm, it is a MAF related problem (limp mode) => check your MAF wiring .

still going for weak fuel pump and / or boost leak somewhere, and a big one. You sure of all your plumbings ?

try revving the car from engine bay, very gently on the throttle . if it revs, it surely is the fuel pump. If it does not, boost leak. And it could really be both. MAF systems cant work properly with a boost leak.

So your turbo setup is not stock, and you have a motor that needs a lot more fuel than your KA ever did, and you have a stock fuel pump? You need to either buy/borrow a walbro from a friend and see if it solves your problem.

Do you have a boost gauge? You can tell if you have a leak if you have a boost gauge..

Test for boost leaks by using smoke or a DIY tester with a pvc end cap and air compressor (you can find it on the forums)
