![]() I have owned and daily driven this car for a year now, and I absolutely love it. Whether I'm driving a mile to the gym and back or taking it for a cruise in the hills, this car makes all of that more than enjoyable.
I have taken on a new job, and am taking on a new car along with that job. I only have one spot for a car, so this one must go ![]() I have taken great care of this car, the engine (Mobil 1,) trans (Redline,) and diff (MasterPro) are all filled with fresh synthetic oil, and oil and filter have been changed regularly. 1990 Hatchback 190k on chassis 150k on Ka24de motor After replacing my entire cooling system in an attempt to solve a cooling problem, it ended up being the head gasket. I resurfaced the head and replaced the head gasket. The car has been running great with no problems at all. Recently replaced: P/S Rack Radiator hoses Thermostat Water pump Heater core Fan clutch 2.5" two-row aluminum radiator SuperStart Extreme battery (Best you can get from O'Reilly) Clutch, with resurfaced flywheel Front and rear brake pads with ceramic pads Mods: AEM Intake 2.5" custom catback (deepest note I've ever heard from a 240, and very loud lol) H4 headlight conversion 6K bi-xenon HIDs, has low beams and high beams for those who don't know Eibach springs up front Tokico shock and spring combo in rear Bronze Rota Fighters 17x7.5 **One-of-a-kind REBUILT VLSD inside stock pumpkin, to keep S13 4.08 ring gear and pinion pair (very tight, superior grab from both tires 24/7, daily driveable)** Megan hardened motor mounts and transmission mount Energy polyurethane p/s rack bushings Q45 front brakes Z32 1" BMC (for natural brake pedal feel) Drift button (not installed) Isis short shifter (awesome 50% throw reduction) Old school black shifter ball (might be Hurst, not sure) Kenwood deck Pioneer speakers in doors Rockford 6x9s in rear All speakers wired with 18g high quality speaker wire I have another S13 exhaust cam for occasional install for that "junkyard cam swap." The lopey exhaust sound you get from this is so awesome, I swap it in and out every once in a while just to enjoy it and the looks I get when people hear it lol. Here's a video 240sx 248/248 Cams - YouTube The interior isn't too bad for a 200,000 mile, 25 year old car The driver seat still has plenty cushion, seats and glovebox match, has convertible floor mats, Nissan button still on steering wheel, power windows and locks, has both headlight housings and both headlights go up and down, hatch stays open and has cargo cover *(edit)Things to be included in purchase: 4 17" aluminum wheels, one was cracked at a tire shop and welded in an attempt to repair the crack. That wheel will hold air for about two weeks, the rest are fine. Welded diff with open diff input shafts Cons: Cracked dash Salvage title Primered white No a/c Small crack on windshield, nbd Driver lock solenoid needs replacing Sorry for the lack of pictures, I will take some tomorrow morning and post them up.
