Question Windshield washers don't work, wires cut

1992 s13 hatch, bought the car a few weeks ago and I'm just fixing up all the minor things wrong with the car. Noticed the front windshield washers don't shoot washer fluid...the wipers activate when I pull the wiper switch forward, but nothing comes out of the two nozzles. Popped the hood and saw that the four black & white wires that I believe are for the washer nozzles were cut down towards the motor...was wondering if anyone can snap a pic of their engine bay to show me where these wires are supposed to connect to or just tell me...I don't see any stray connectors nearby . I checked the fsm but can't seem to find the wiring diagram for the wiper/washer. also checked the fuses and they're all good so I'm sure it has to do with the cut wires. thanks in advance!

here's a pic:

There should not be any wires on those, did someone put LED nozzles on your car? Those are not OEM. The wiring for the wiper pump should be down near the reservoir for that under the battery. Either something is wrong with the pump down there or there is no water in the res.

I see. So the thicker wire that the four thinner wires are wrapped around should travel down to the reservoir under the battery and connect to i there...

question is...Im sure those nozzles arent oem bc theyre chrome looking. bleh...looks like I wont be getting my washers working anytime soon. why the fuck do people do dumbass ricer shit like change washer nozzles. so fucking stupid.

That thicker part is the tube that the washer fluid flows in, and the nozzles are most definitely not OEM. Check to see if the motor is going, or hell even there, your car would not happen to have a turbo would it?. If your inner fenders are missing all that stuff is exposed to water, grime, damage etc. so it could be messed up.

So where did the oem washer wires run to the nozzles from? Not in the tube that the washer fluid flows in im sure. Jst need to know so I can maybe splice these wires and connect it.

No where, there is no wiring that goes to the nozzles. Those are wiring for the ricer nozzles you have in the car right now, you know, the light up ones.

First thing you need to do is check to make sure the reservoir pump works. Go look under the passenger front fender and see if the pump is hooked up. Turn the wiper/washers on and see if the pump turns on. If it doesnt, time to figure out why its not pumping. Check the voltage to see if you're getting 12v into the wiring when you turn on the sprayer from the stalk.

I don't think theyre LED nozzles actually...I think they're just different nozzles that are chrome but I may be wrong idk. So I just jack the car up and look from underneath or is it easier to go from the top taking out the battery?

Nopes under, you should see the filler neck next to the battery but the actual reservoir is under the battery box holder, inside the plastic fender cover if you still have it.

Did follow the wiring to see what its connected to under the hood?

The wires go in between the two metal panels that make up the hood and I couldn't find any bolts or anything to take off the bottom panel so I have no idea where the wires run to once it goes in between the two panels. I'm going to jack my car up and check out the pump tomorrow, see if it's something simple.
