S14 5-speed Transmission Swap - Electrical Connections

This says you have to jumper the ASCD and the clutch cancel switches to another plug shown in a picture but my car doesn't have a plug to jumper them from anywhere in that area at all. Is this something I have to do or is it a 1997-1998 thing or will I need to do it to my 1995 as well? Thanks or any help!

I think that means that your car was manual befor, not automatic
