rb20det boost wall

95 s14 rb20det, rb25det turbo

hello just got my car running and wondering if i could get some help with my
problem
car will rev to 6000rpm-6500rpm when in nuetral in the shop.
when i go onto the street and mash on it wont let me over 4000-4500rpm, it hits a wall. if i shift from 3rd to 2nd and spike the rpms over 5000rpm i get a
misfire and then it bogs.

have nuetral switch grounded at the ecu, plugs look good, new Full blown 295lph fuel pump. stock injectors. unhook the maf and it runs like sh**, unhook the 02 sensor it runs like sh**.
Gonna go and test fuel pressure, tps sensor readings right now and boost leak.

im not running a aftermarket fpr. I have a megan racing one though that i might throw on. I unhooked my tps sensors and it will rev past 4500, then it misfires a bit while under WOT/ boost. It iwill only get to about 8 psi. I did a boost leak check and fixed a couple and found that my throttle body is leaking out and i had to seal off my stock recirculation valve because it wouldn't let it go over 8 psi. Any way i can block off the recirculation valve to see if i can drive with more boost?
