wiring issues

Hello guys, I just bought a 1992 hatch, I got a ka2
4de motor, im missing the harness the runs to the sarter and alternator, I just need help with knowing whatto wire to the postive terminal, there are some wires that come out of the fuse box but that are just clips? What do I wire so the each will have power and everything else, btw I have that alternator wired up. I have a really thick wire comong from the started im assuming thats positive, where do I run the little black wire just to get me going I can splice it in where it belongs
